LRH Auxiliary Awards Scholarships

June 24, 2010

Littleton Regional Hospital's Auxiliary provided scholarships to three LRH employees furthering their education in the healthcare field. Each year the Auxiliary support the efforts of health care providers or those entering or returning to school to further their health care careers by providing scholarships. All of the monies provided are raised through various fundraisers organized through efforts of the Hospital's Auxiliary.

This year, the Auxiliary awarded scholarships to three LRH employees including Vicki Brodeur, Kathy Barden and Nick Biadasz. Ms. Brodeur is attending White Mountain Community College in Berlin, NH and is working toward obtaining her Nursing Degree; Ms. Barden is attending New England EMS Institute Paramedic Program to get her degree to be a Paramedic and Mr. Biadasz is attending UNH.

In addition to the scholarships awarded to LRH employees, the LRH Auxiliary provided scholarships to area high school graduates including Emily Daileboust of Lisbon High School; Shannon O'Connor of Linwood High School; Hillary Schmidt and Meagan Dilboy of White Mountain Regional High School and Meghan Grandpre, Nicole Baker and Ashley Grant graduating seniors from Littleton High School.
